Reservations Deposit Policy:
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the
total stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Whale Bay Ocean House is a small exclusive retreat and late
cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled
and in the event that we are unable to replace the booking , the
following applies ...
- Clients cancelling between 30-7 days = 25% cancellation fee.
- Clients cancelling within 7 days = 100% cancellation fee.
